This is what the clinical trials are for once the study is complete you can see results at clinicaltrials.gov
to scott, the finance reporters are literally crying on air along with the ceo of Pfizer celebrating bro
this isn't like a flu vaccine this is like a potential polio level of certainty

But what about side effects that's aren't apparent at first, like effects on child birth etc?

I’ve seen pregnant women on clinical trials
Long term side effects are usually why trials run for a couple of years before they put stuff out idk how it works for covid since were kind of in a rush.

@sab that is a fair observation. i guess you could frame it as 'effectively curing it' on a technical level
the same way the above charts and their diseases have been eradicated from the modern world

I hope they aren’t capping. First half of 2021.I know someone who desperately needs it because of a rare blood disease. 😭😭 Although I’m sure we all know someone with similar circumstances the risk for outside contact is severe for them. 😔
Found the trial reading it now
clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04368728?term=Pfizer&cond=Covid&draw=2&rank=1
Looks like they’re still in phase 1 of the trial
Side effects so far:
Fever, fatigue, headache, chills, vomiting, diarrhea, new or worsened muscle pain, and new or worsened joint pain as self-reported on electronic diaries.

Yeah that's true but I was also just wondering with any effects that could turn up in the future like yourself said, normally it's run over years but yeah idk

let's see what Pence has to say today at his conference. Obviously expect him to ignore it again but let's see.
