If it takes 12 days to get the results back what’s the point of the test

Exactly. If I had gotten a positive, what then? Do I need to quarantine another 14 days? Go in for another test and quarantine until I get a negative? And what if it's a false negative?

My household got to be part of the LA rent lottery Two months of free rent, so just under $2000 total. That's great news with furlough coming up.

The funny part is that my wife wasn't even going to enroll because she thought we brought in too much on our 2019 taxes but I convinced her to look again with literally a half hour to go before the deadline. Sometimes it pays to listen to me.

I made an appointment July 3, took it on the 11th and got my results July 24. Absolute insanity.

Did you do it through the free LA county testing? My friend did a private one and got next day results. But cost $150

Yeah, I went through Project Baseline and had it done at Balboa Park. The test itself was fine.

Man I’ve been super paranoid. I’m scared to catch this s*** again. Even tho my symptoms weren’t super serious my neighbors are elderly. People in the building I work at weren’t wearing masks or they were wearing them on their neck people act like wearing a f***ing mask is the end of the world. And in case you were wondering, yes they were.
