That last part isn't true. We have absolutely destroyed the expectations we set for ourselves testing wise. The slowdown is coming from labs that don't have the staff to report all the tests coming in quickly enough.

I don't know what this means on a practical level though. Do you need to say you have symptoms on the website in order to get a test? A doctor's order? A priority and a recommendation are two different things. I know Newsom has already indicated he doesn't want to slow testing down.

Guess we'll just have to see.
