At this point, we might as well let those who want to go out go out. You can only hold everyone in for a certain amount of months. Plus, natural selection will do the job and we could be out of this thing much faster if everyone just recovers/dies off immediately tbh

The problem is that those people that go out more often than not eventually end up interacting with and infecting people that actually have been taking the necessary precautions. It's nothing, but a double-edged sword
