Feels kinda hollow with everything going to s***, but California is finally above the state average per capita for testing and is about to enter the top 20 for all states. It's crazy to think that we were once in the bottom 5 and getting a lot of criticism for not testing. We turned in almost 96,000 tests yesterday to a positivity rate of about 7%. Not nearly as good as we were doing a month ago, but better than many hotspots.

Texas and especially Florida really need to pick it up. Their rate of positive tests has been between 11-20% the past few days. Florida is barely turning in 20-30k tests most days.
