Are the places in decline smaller states/cities?
I used to live in a smaller California city that never got a lot of cases and is on the decline. But those same people are traveling into hot zones like Southern California cities/beaches on one day trips. Which is only gonna make it go back up.

Wouldn't say a decline tbh we went down to 20,000 and since then we're kinda stable which isn't very good too

I bet it'll go up soon again because everything opening now and they won't shut it down even if it's rising rapidly again

Apparently it's spreading more in NoCal too as things open up. But I mean, isn't that just common sense though? I feel like a lot of people forgot what the lockdown was for in the first place.

The problem is that our leadership never really came up with a plan. They just kicked the can further down the road until the economy tanked and people got restless.
