At one point the death rate was above 2000 every day for about 2 weeks. They said the number if cases was going down while we were in lock down. Now people going back out like nothin happened and the numbers are rising again. When the number of cases starts going back down the deaths Wellsville be high cut of the delay. If you got the virus on May 18 then you die May 28. It's about a 10 day average between seeing the symptoms and dying from it.

Most people can see there was a severe overreaction. But we didnt know the death rate at the start. Its been 3 months now, and Canadian government still has no plan for anything

Bars and restaurants are already opening up where I’m at. I’m sure the local venues etc will open up. Big festivals won’t mainly for PR reasons.

Same with sports. They will be back, but stadiums will be limited capacity for PR reasons, not because they care about health.

Not that it really matters. WHO has always been one step behind the scientists publishing studies for the general public, scientists who knew better than to weigh in on whether a second wave was going to wipe out humanity.

Personally, I don't think the first wave is going to fully end before a vaccine comes through. This current wave might slow a bit but regional outbreaks will keep happening. Categorically speaking, you can't have a second wave if the first one is still going on.
