The first bit of Cali started opening up slightly this weekend, Ventura County, which is just north of me. Nowhere close to "open," but it's nice to see things trending positively there based on data. They opened the parks and allowed some small non essential businesses to get back to work if they have less than 10 employees.

I don't see LA County budging at all until mid May and nothing really significant until June 1.
