of course the numbers have improved, but compared to other countries germany will take much longer to achieve long-term success and that will crumble if you open everything again. germany isn't austria and i think people in germany don't understand it

Tests are extremely limited... Emergency room admission is pretty much the only way to get a test in a timely manner.
If you're not struggling to breath yet, its a 14 day wait to get a test kit reserved. Then ur waiting for ur results too... Thats why ur seeing our deaths spike on random days.
