without any fans and not letting the players interact with anyone except the teams

Pretty sure the thinking is that we'll have enough tests to go around for everyone by the time they get that going. Not sure when that will be but NBA doesn't have to rush to come back, their playoff field is set

they'd probably be doing antibody testing by then or abbott labs 15 minute tests as well as regular temperature checks.
it's stupid though i agree. and a logistical nightmare

true and i imagine that is actually possible in theory but somehow, with how every thing has played out thus far, doubtful we will get to that point in any literal sense outside of trump saying some s*** like “we now have tests for everybody, ever, forever” lol

facts - like i said i’m not THAT mad about it since it would help general sense of morale but i don’t think we should let that obscure the fact that if it happens it’s only bc they want to keep draining our pockets (even in time of crisis)
