WBWIdk if you know but you’re talking about everyday life and not the pandemic we’re currently in. Hate to break it to you but hospitals are hardly turning virus patients away. Go find me another case aside from the one that got the heart attack on the way to another hospital
sorry if ur view of things don't go beyond this pandemic but if youre talking about caring for its citizens, the US is far down the list. even in this crisis we've had political officials tlaking about sending people back to work, opening the economy, patents of vaccines etc.,

Liquor stores and 7-Eleven have been the most useful for this kind of thing. Giant crowds of people aren't looking there. Actually got some hand sanitizer at 7-Eleven the other day.
