Coffee NerdI agree. I want em all to get hurt. All those mismanaged companies in the S&P500 and DOW are immoral af and as I said, mismanaged. You should not be out of money if you make enough profits to manipulate your company's value and to increase every exec's salary and increase the ROI to major shareholders.
Somehow only tech companies understood that. Also, somehow they're the only ones prepared for anything it seems with all those med supplies they've had on hand. Those are literally ready for anything it seems which is why the NASDAQ is the market that has been hit the less. They've all tried to help which has also boosted their PR. F*** the dinosaurs, tech is winning.
And reminder that all the companies begging for money got what they wanted and Trump waived the government's right to oversee anything when he signed the bill. So now the airlines, which have spent 96% of all their cashflow from 2010 to 2020 on stock buybacks got what they wanted despite showing huge profits. Those american companies settled overseas to avoid US taxes got what they wanted despite playing the government.
Reminder that United and WestJet have announced layoffs immediately after Trump signed the bill. They were literally just playing him. They got the money and they're still firing their employees.
Somehow they want a free market except when they want money but when they do want money they don't want any condition on it despite being bailed out by the government for no good reason making it not actually a capitalistic system anymore

Also, what bothers me most is that something like malaria wouldnt kill hundreds of thousands if they would actually care. And there are many other examples of diseases that kill mostly the poorer communities
This virus doesnt discriminate and seems to hit the big guys too, so now there might be some political change (hopefully)

Tbf, a lot of state officials didnt do f*** all, and sat around waiting for trump to do something.
Trump hasnt really made too many bad calls tbh.. All the bullshit he says is just to keep the stock market chugging along as long as it can.

Most of the richest people on earth are old because as you grow older you have more time to make money. Now all those rich f***s can see that this virus is mostly killing their own so that's why they're trying to fight this
