So with this extended quarantine going through April, my 2 jobs, which are both at casinos on the strip in Vegas were supposed to open back up in like 2 more weeks.

Does anyone know if places like that can still open back up like they planned, or do they have to stay closed because of the president's order? I know governors can choose to make places stay closed if the quarantine is lifted but does that work in reverse?
