I feel like the "fed government is hoarding ventilators" argument has a lot of layers to it

the reality is the federal government doesn't have enough ventilators to start with. If they send them all to NYC rn, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, etc might be screwed in a week. There's no good decision they can make unfortunately. :/
