I mean I'm on the side of both life and the economy and literally caring for one would've been the best for the other too which is enforcing quarantines until this pandemic has been dealt with. The markets and therefore the economy is gonna get hit much harder because of all that extra time it's gonna take to contain and because of all those deaths that have been added from mishandling the situation
Both issues could be taken care of together.

Nobody knows rn, but theres p good odds that ppl at least attempting to make their payments and can prove it, could bring this up to a social worker and have some strings pulled.
In 9/10 cases, these ppl not paying their child support, dont deserve for the gov to ensure their financial security. I dont see the issue.
If that’s the case where you can prove it then fine it’s less of a problem
