You do remember that he took office amidst the worst economic crisis since the 30s right? Congress did everything to stop him from accomplishing any progress too. Sectors were restored faster than expected, the car industry was collapsing and Obama's administration still managed to save them and measures were quickly taken with an act in 2009. Unemployment kept getting lower than projections and wage growth was at its fastest since the 70s.

That's just a very short summary of a couple things but he did a lot. I didn't agree with much of his decisions but he did save the economy
