get your mind off the news. it's only going to show numbers going up now. we've sadly reached inflection points in most metropolitan areas. as f***ed as it is to say, it's only going to get worse in that aspect.

all you can do now is control your own little world and it sounds like you're doing that. talk to your mom give her a call and all that. or a couple close friends if you can.

im sure you already are but taking your mind off it in other ways through watching tv or w/e also really does help - maybe set a bigger goal like reading some big books or learning a new skill or watching that series you were meaning to peep, idk you know yourself better than any advice i can give you there

Not sure if this was mentioned here already but there’s been a rumor going around that ibuprofens/Advil significantly worsens the effects of ncov19 (which could explain outlier cases of younger and relatively healthy people going to the ER from contracting the virus). I’ve only found a handful of articles online that cover this topic but I still don’t think this should be taken with a grain of salt. I believe the official stance from top health advisors on this is that there is no intensive data/research that can confirm or deny that rumor. With that being said ibuprofen is one of the most commonly consumed d*** here in the states and with the case count growing exponentially I think this is one of those rumors that should be give more exposure.
