I can’t understand the people who act like they’ve lived their entire lives up until this point completely individualistic, as if they exist in a vacuum.

Everyone depends on everyone in a functioning, civilized society.

What’s so difficult to understand about that?

Sociopath nation, they want to pretend like this spending money isn’t ours. This is all of OURS for emergencies like this.

Who cares if there is a debt? You can pay it back. We got conspiracy monetary theorists who are now respected scholars on CNBC telling us what our limit is. I think they would be singing a different tune if it involved their family,

They should be laughed out of the building. All of their predictions have been wrong. Trust in the market? We are only here for a brief amount of time- f*** a ticker of numbers flying by.

    I don’t care about that 😒

Theyre making it real clear rn too

My dad does touch ups for a Ford dealership, and the multimillionaire owner (who owns a ranch out in the country that he fills with exotic animals for paid customers to hunt as game) is keeping the place open by laying off 90% of the employees, slashing salaries and turning exclusively to online sales.

He also somehow managed to appeal to Dallas County and convince them that he’s an “essential business” in order to stay open.

Billionaires treat their wealth like high scores in an arcade. The monetary value at that point is irrelevant.

Students in my state were packing up s*** wayy before states were doing lockdowns. Only saw a few people still there when state wide lockdowns were announced and even then I was confused.

Everything happened so quickly where I'm at. And nobody really knew how serious it could get.

No he’s not the CEO of Ford. It’s an independent branch or something, mostly sells used.

My dads job is considered essential too

They make fake leather for car companies... Theyve had contracts with homeland security tho, to make kevlar vests in the past. That 1 contract, which hasnt been in production for a minute, is the sole reason theyre considered essential.

Keep us divided, that’s always on the menu. Fighting over scraps while they eat gold flake hamburgers & throw 100,000 dollar parties while a family starves across the street because they were kicked out because everyone lost their job. 😔
