UndecidedFor one it shows Seiver County with no Hospitals but De Queen has one. Also shows Miller County without one but Texarkana is a border city with 2 hospitals, Wadley and St Michaels. Its just when St Michael's relocated from downtown(Arkansas side) the only land they had was on the Texas side.
just from looking at seiver, im guessing they don't consider those places in de queen as 'hospitals' and its probably the same for other locations...
those places in de queen don't even call themselves hospitals....medical centres and clinics I guess aren't considered hospitals
