they've taken the correct measures since the outbreak started and it will begin to slow soon. the median age in italy is very high and the people dying now and in the past few days had it before they shifted approach to lockdown.

they are already crippled by malaria/other worse things and are used to people dying in the dirt (as bad as that sounds)
thankfully the key to their safety (at least momentarily and previously) is bc they don’t have as much direct tourist or visiting travel to the rest of the world as these first world countries have, which is why they getting hit crazy hard
likely these “poorer” countries are already being hit but it has definitely curbed the spread i would have to imagine, more so than in these other countries. still it’s to the point now it’s an entire world issue and only a matter of time

Honestly why not? If you're young not like Corona gonna kill you. Worst risk you're taking is spreading it. Which if you're not around elderly at home also isn't the end of the world.
My sister has asthma and says that Corona is why she quit Walmart but she still be going out the house
I do factory work so I just be in this b**** everyday until somebody say otherwise.

yup would’ve quit immediately if i was still working at a grocery store, both for my safety and others and bc the same s*** pay is the same s*** pay, crisis be damned
these ppl literally on the front lines of this s*** and at risk more than any office employee still at work rn (which is still high)
our government is failing us again but this is absolutely devastating
