also is cali the only state with a lockdown?The stay at home order present in other counties in CA are now applicable statewide. You can't leave the house without doing so for a specifically listed reason, meaning nonessential businesses are closed - which is a BIG move to get people to stop traveling for idiotic reasons.
It's a good thing because CA has fractions of cases compared to NY and Seattle, so they're doing this early and it'll probably create serious progress.
