I love palak paneer, I also love Mutter paneer and there’s another one called cod hi paneer Kadhai paneer very eager there you go, I’m doing this voice to text s*** and sometimes it gets in correctly but yeah and it’s interesting how the Indian dishes names there’s like two names for each I think? Like saag paneer and palak paneer are virtually the same thing I believe and that’s the same with the card hi paneer and another one that’s name slip me and then maybe it’s just regional or maybe it’s just my ignorance
Brother: those are both amazing dishes, Mutter Paneer is something else (make it quite frequently but have not grabbed a picture of it yet). Have not tried to make Kadhai Paneer yet but it is an idea. This week, will definitely do so. Also yes! Palak Paneer and Saag Paneer are basically the same thing, except Palak Paneer is strictly spinach being used, while Saag paneer can be 'other' green vegetables included.
Eh it’s alright, prob my least fave of commonly pickled items
I make my own pickles for sandwiches tho it’s so easy for great flavor

Wait, so like you do the whole sterilization of a jars and stuff?

Lol you can, usually I just like wash em really thoroughly w hot water tho
Do you have a grill or smoker?
I live in LA I have a stove/oven and air fryer man
Did you use a bay leaf or any cardamom seeds before cooking it? Even cloves. Those add the 'Indian authentic taste' to it.
Nah, I didn’t. Will do so next time. With the chicken tho.
Thanks for the tip
agreed i like to keep these on hand at all times

La Costena is definitely one of the better Hispanic canned food brands! Also Goya is really good too. When getting flour tortillas usually my go-to is them. But realistically fresh tortillas are unbeatable, there's a local place that usually I grab fresh ones from.

Based. Got some sweet pickles also, at home there's a garden with fresh vegetables and so many cucumbers pop up during the summer. It's gonna be a great haul this year!

Real as f***! I think also this is what I was thinking of that is similar to kadhi paneer it’s called paneer makhani? And I think the differences the inclusion of cashews? But I’m not sure. Indian food is so so good I’m really impressed by the fact that you’re trying to make it like seems like it turned out really well, I’m pretty intimidated by a lot of the recipes aside from some basic ones

Idk it’s all called the same here. Just chickpeas

Got you! Believe it or not you can still over roast meats and they come out great. Personally have done brisket before (when it's too cold to be outside smoking it) and it comes out fantastic, especially if you keep it in the oven for 6-8 hours and wrap it. Also: here are some things you should consider making this week (if you're wanting easy cooking recipes):

For sure brother! That is one of the best tips that I've received when it comes to cooking curries!

Yep! According to Google the biggest differences would be the inclusion of cashews in the mix. As well - likewise man, cooking is definitely something that I occasionally struggle with BUT the best part about it is how easy you can learn from mistakes. Likewise; I constantly attempt to cook new things, if say (for example) drunk at the time cooking something it feels like muscle memory! To the point where it might not "look the best" but it comes out, absolutely delicious. Honestly just keep attempting to cook and it comes naturally!

Ain't that the truth. Have you pickled Jalapenos before?
