10 hours in. It definitely feels a step above what I’ve played this year, this is something very special.

The mind-bending art direction makes every level a visual treat, the lighting, colors, and environments all feel so carefully crafted.

The depth of the storytelling can’t imagine what it’s like to make a game with so much lore, and the layers to progression that make combat feel so fresh, the smart level design and sleek mechanics all make it feel good to do anything, the exploration and open world isn’t overbearing but it feels like there’s a lot to uncover. Perfectly balanced.

This game is loaded with unique and fun ideas, just constantly throwing something new at you that pulls you deeper into this world. Remedy are masters.

Remedy got Max Payne remakes then I wonder what they do. Part of me wants to see them do an established IP just so they have a game with crazy sales.

Reminder that you need to be upgrading all of your aberrant skills (even if you don’t use them) to increase your overall damage multiplier. Enemies feel spongey in the beginning because you are weak with no upgrades. It gets much better with time, trust me

Like just drop the game to all users at same time dont sell your soul. Then allow your fans to be spoiled on a single player game. Glad Final Fantasy doing one unified early access period even if they are paying for it. People have already beaten it. I am sure the ending is already on youtube and I who have it prepurchased cant even start it.

I care less about the story and more about some key gameplay moments of the game being posted for clout that dont use key words so I cant even really mute

i mean its def annoying in the moment but hopefully in a month, year, decade time we remember how great the game was and not the staggered launch

oh yeah digging deep into the game for self will be ultimate reward. Early access staggered by console in general is a terrible idea though.
