The Covid vaccines are going to be relatively ineffective because of rushed development since the bourgeois need the economy to come back. Deaths related to Covid will never go away and will become under-reported just like school shootings in the USA or deaths related to homelessness.

90% of the population will come to think of covid deaths like an unpreventable disaster.
