As some of you may or may not know, I'm an "addict" (cokehead/alcoholic) which yk, been sober from alcohol almost 3 months, cocaine 2 months (I mean... actually buying it 7 months, I just found a jar of residue that was enough to get a buzz, but not enough to consider it a relapse, but I gotta be honest here)

But yea, making this thread because I been seeing my friend who's 32 going through alcoholism, which I'm trying to support but not enable because I been there, but I also see how he's moving and it's almost a mirror of how I acted, and I really can't be doing that anymore since I turn 30 next year.

Ik I should probably journal, but I love KTT, y'all are supportive so here's a thread where we can talk about addiction, s***post, idk man

Imma still smoke weed, but probably quit that too because lol

Unemployed but get paid to model every two weeks and since my bills are taken care of

I can like, buy video games I'll only play for 5 hours, I'm excited!

Got my GTA VI (Ultimate Edition) pre-ordered, which yea I'm a corporate simp, but idk ik the modeling gig will end/my new job is going to take a minute since they're opening a new story

Also copped Cyberpunk/Phantom Liberty (it's weird, it's a fire game and I enjoy playing it, but when I'm not it's like "eh"), Sonic Frontiers, Sonic X Shadow, Bomb Rush Cyberfunk (second time buying deadass, it's that good)

After I get paid today, imma cop Assassin's Creed Shadows and D*** Dealer Simulator (which the latter is soooo mid, but the gameplay loop is addicting, no pun intended)

Though I probably have IBS

Which as a grown man, I'm ashamed to go to the doctor about it

I actually need to figure out why in therapy I hate doctors

Converted 5 years ago after leaving rehab and studying the Quran.

Even though I fell off the wagon, I know having faith kept me going/alive and I'm blessed to be in a position to rebuild. Truly, I want for nothing materially for the time being, my bills/food are taken care of besides being unemployed and yea.

Sorry, didn't mean to ramble, but yea I know I'm not the best Muslim but I'm so passionate about it.
