Only to find out he was referring to MF DOOM.... downloaded Operation Doomsday and it changed my life....

It's crazy how Doom came off as both an old soul and a Peter Pan at the same time.

His came off wise and old-fashioned on one hand but fun/quirky and leftfield on the other. Which is why he's so embraced by many generations of rap fans.

Born Like This and TMTYL are his most underrated projects. Been listening to these all day

Crazy that in 2008 Nas wanted his entire next album to be produced by Jay Elect and DOOM and it never came to fruition.

DOOM also said that one of the newer artists he would work with is Kanye... i wonder if they ever worked behind the scenes

It was the #1 artist he wanted to work with.

Would have been the biggest album in DOOM's career.
