Fam they use 2 big ass spoonfuls of sugar & heavy cream as a default if you're not specific about your cream & sugar Also instead of weighing their beans they only eyeball it and make sure to have a "rounded scoop" of beans. One cup of coffee there is at least 40 grams of coffee

40 grams of coffee beans. If you use 20 grams of beans to make a pour over at home for let's say a 16 oz coffee depending on the water ratio, they use almost twice that amount.

The mojitos are straight just be specific bout how much cream and sugar you want otherwise if you're even a lil lactose intolerant it could give you the s***s lol. Use to have a few drinks everyday then all the dairy started to f*** my stomach up so I switched to non-dairy. Their s*** smack sometimes tho, I'll admit that.

Oh yeah i be sure to use oat milk, cant imagine drinking cow titty juice in 2020. Should i just stick to the mojito drink then? Do you have other drinks you recommend? I dont go very often cause they a 35 min drive from me but next time i go ill definitely reduce the sugar/cream amount

Haven't worked their for a min but from what I remember if they still muddle the mint; if you don't like the actual leaves and s*** in your coffee you can ask them to remove it from the cup. Yea oat milk is hella good, if you don't want it too sweet and milky ask for it "medium medium".
