more i play this beta the more im just like this s*** does not hit like og mw

its just not doing it

they tryna nostalgia bait it and even the maps not hitting the same as they did with the og mw2

I really want that test dummy beta skin for when I eventually buy the game on sale but I can’t even force myself to grind for it

hot take, maps are the worst thing about this (besides sbmm)

after basically maxing out everything and playing nothing else for the last couple of days my final thoughts are:

• maps really ain’t hitting as hard as i thought they would. as someone who doesn’t wear nostalgia goggles they are mid to ass tbh

• spawns are ass in this game. tell me why they decided to spawn people underground instead of ground level on highrise for example

• sbmm will inevitably kill what’s left of cod until there is nothing left. they need to get rid of it NOW

• i like the longer ttk but it doesn’t feel consistent at all. sometimes i die to 2 bullets while my enemies take 6

• friendly footsteps need to be WAYYY more quiet and name tags more visible

• get rid of the bloom/filter for the game

• get rid of sprint delay after sliding

• sleight of hand as gloves instead of vest

• UI is better, but still kinda bad

• quick fix as a perk (gear)

• kar98k comeback

yeah that’s kinda the most bullshit part of this whole beta, they make you download like 200gb for their stupid launcher. Even last year I think the beta was only like 20-30gb
