i dont love the beat on ace trumpet verses coo.
pharrell better not f*** this album up with that rim shot and 808 he be spammin lol
So glad I don't love any artist enough to force myself to pretend Pusha T is a bad rapper.
This is what blind loyalty looks like
he’s making fun of malice flow tho..
I been feeling like since it was announced that Kendrick was featured it would be like Like That pt 2

Pusha is one of the best rappers alive, Malice regularly outshines him on tracks, and I'm not a Drake stan if that's what you're implying
I just thought this track was a bit silly subject matter and flow-wise! Look at the first line of the first verse! The man says he is Luigi!

Luigi bar hard as bricks

I dunno man, every so often Pusha gets dangerously close to corn for me, usually on random verses he gives out to Netflix soundtracks or whatever, and this is one of those times, I just don't get why this was lead single material
I think the album's gonna be a solid 7/10 with some amazing highs (Chains & Whips), but the fact that this is their fave track on the album is concerning, also the 'this is culturally inappropriate' thing is also pretty corny, and the cover art is horrible

“Tyler got the album of the year… for now” still haunts me

Definitely my least favorite verse ive ever heard from him
that sample that breaks up the verses is terrible
People may hate me for pointing this out, but that was where Chad Hugo would come in and make a beautiful bridge with some dope layering to compliment Pharrell laying the groundwork.
But overall this was a good Pharrell beat and i think he’ll deliver on this project based on the snippets and teasers we heard.

You know a rapper rarely misses when it’s so easy to name his worst verse

u not lying about the first part
one of the reasons i prefer clipse era pusha over solo push tbh
something about solo/new push slightly corny

Nah we ain’t doing this
Pharrell really starting to touch that Dr Dre stratosphere imo. 25+ years into the game with unquestionable influence.
Nah we ain’t doing this
i don’t wanna do this either gl bro
ace trumpets is solid but if the mike tyson song and the song with kenny is any indication we gonna be eatin good
After listening to the Wayne album I need this to purify my ears
