That’s great news. It just hits so well with how scolding that verse is compared to pusha’s laid back nonchalant unbothered flow over the other beat.

Because the song was nearly scrapped specifically because Pharrell thought the beat was too repetitive, which is why he made the beat switch. So they change it to include even more of the beat that almost got the song axed?
