Hell hath no fury is better than any album drake has ever released in his career, by leaps and bounds
Also corny of you to assume that anything critiquing pusha inherently means drake stan, you're no better
you're a drake stan though, am i wrong? critiques coming from a genuine clipse fan perspective are completely different. reducing their music to espn commercial music tells me everything i need to know about your understanding of their music to begin with
I did. Its not horrible, lyrically wise its good, the beats are just meh
The production fits them
I guarantee if HHNF dropped today y'all would've said the same thing
I think I’d have to go
HHNF
WGFC2
LW
And the track trouble on my mind on FoGII is extremely hard until the Tyler verse comes in.
So be it is fantastic, I said that, I guess I gotta wait to see on Friday if so be it part 2 is so be it with new verses or an entirely different joint
Also never said they should make "part 2" nor would I even necessarily want that name arbitrarily attached to something new just because, I just simply don't think this is as hard
you brought up hhnf like 3 times lol
and i meant a part 2 sonically not actually naming it hhnf 2
it just seems like you thought a leak of their 4th album was gonna scratch the itch that their 2nd album did lol
Also the Vinyl rip probably ruins the quality, can't wait to hear it properly on streaming

quality is bad, definitely not worth listening early. beats have no punch to them at that low of a volume

Yeah, I'm waiting until friday also to make a fully fair assessment of the album

Lol. No I am not. I liked him a lot for a good while but he started dropping drivel. Honestly nevermind was fantastic but before and after that I've been almost completely tuned out. Think I tuned out for good once the beef turned to lawsuits
Have you ever heard the music ESPN plays during "we'll be right back after this"? Like WIN WIN WIN WIN by Jay Rock? You can hear music and know that it'll be palatable to the masses and used in spaces like sports game soundtracks, commercials/commercial breaks, and movie soundtracks. Music made to be licensed. This turn in their sound embodies this niche (a wide one tbf) when their other music, solo or together, didn't really do that. It's not a "reduction" to point that out, this is a music forum where most people's posts are like 2 sentences, don't jump to conclusions. I could say that your response lets me know about your understanding of music as well. Coming from a genuine clipse fans' perspective
I really hate some of these Pharell hooks man, they cheesy as hell. The title track was on to something great: for the most part I like the beat build up. I was hoping the sample was stripped back for something darker at some point, not end up with another sorta happy sounding hook.
MTBTTF is still insane. Verse 2 man verse 2
Only complaint is it needs a 3rd verse
The vinyl rip sounds like it from a $60 turntable.....ruins the experience. I'll just wait
Only complaint is it needs a 3rd verse
Oh fasho it was hard as hell, but I'll run it back f*** it
I PHILOSOPHIZE ABOUT GLOCKS AND KEYS THEY CALL ME YOUNG BLACK SOCRATES
WEST INDIES B**** DROP TO KNEEES QUICK
With dreams of being a rich man’s b****

Goes without saying, s*** sounds tinny
