Update for any international people here. My tracking hadn’t changed since November 4th and it said my hoodie was just at a post office in California but it arrived this morning. So the tracking is useless lol

We previously hoped to accomplish this within a 7-day time frame, but we have to make sure we have all information accounted for to ensure proper refunding to all orders.
We do estimate that the refunds will all be processed by 11/20/20. We will follow up with a confirmation email once your refunds have been processed.
