Keep in mind it's 2-3 days after the order is made on Monday. However, due to Covid-19, our staff and customers' safety is our top priority.
We have implemented strict safety measures in our fulfillment center, and as a result, our delivery times are a little longer than usual. We are working diligently and quickly to get deliveries to you at the earliest possible date; however, there may be additional delays.
There is a goal of a 10-15 business day fulfillment period. Once your order has been fulfilled it will ship out according to your shipping preference.

Shipping preference?!? Wtf it wasn’t a shipping preference they choose the shipping for you n it’s not like we had time to look to see if it was one . It seems like ups is bringing or brought everyone s*** . It seems the single item orders got shipped first. But here’s the catch every single item order you paying shipping for each individual item that’s not worth it when you could put it all if you got lucky in one order. But nah I only paid $15 dollars for shipping n if you telling me I could pAid more to expedite it I’m annoyed all over again cause I would of done that no wonder my s*** is taking so long . If any of you guys have ups free choice you can look and see if there’s a package coming to your address just to see if they sent the tracking number to ups . Hope this helps

Yeah i was confused by this statement as well. We could only choose UPS Ground.

Ain’t no way in hell ppl who are in the 10000 got theirs before me. I’m on day 4 now after they said tracking should be there end of day yesterday pst their time

They said that they process orders the next day so if we ordered on Monday then they processed Tuesday chill some people are getting theirs faster than others when we bought it we thought it would take months relax
