Yeah people look down on promoters cuz it’s not a real job / career, but it’s basically hospitality. It’s how KTT’s favorite OVO lieutenant got on. A lot of folks started off as promoters. You meet a lot of people, have access.
If you become a big promoter in a major city that musicians have to stop in on tours, you’ll be plugged. But there are other ways. Just working in the entertainment industry you’ll have an in

I can assure you it is. Family friend of ours used to work for the Tao Group at Madison Square Garden (hooked me up with suite tickets) at Suite Sixteen for the Aubrey and Three Migos tour in 2018. She got invited to Drakes NBA party couple years ago.
