And half the time the wheels that's in the back of my mind
Just keep on turning 'til the tires flat and burn until the fire crack
I do not lie though, facts may seem a little farfetched
That's only 'cause I may be make believe and full of darkness
Everybody —> Woods —> Hand Me Downs —> That’s on Me
What a f***ing run
I think I even prefer it to Come Back to Earth > Hurt Feelings > What's the Use?
Circles, Woods, Hand Me Downs are all great but let’s direct some of that love to That’s On Me. Whatta f***ing chune man, those chords that vocal line
And half the time the wheels that's in the back of my mind
Just keep on turning 'til the tires flat and burn until the fire crack
I do not lie though, facts may seem a little farfetched
That's only 'cause I may be make believe and full of darkness
damn Mac
damn Mac
aint nothing like mac's self reflective bars
they hit even harder now ofc but i always loved him for his honesty even before all of this...
This is sooooooo much better than Swimming. It sounds way more focused and it's almost like he took the things I liked about Swimming and expanded on them. And shoutout to Jon Brion for finishing this masterpiece. I'd be 100% ok with this being the last Mac album we ever get.
Hands production just makes me happy.
Tyler the creator sounds like he could've flowed on it too
What a f***ing run
I think I even prefer it to Come Back to Earth > Hurt Feelings > What's the Use?
Thats such a solid run too
love them both
I cannot be changed I cannot be changed no, trust me I’ve tried. I just end up right at the start of the line. Drawing circles.
relatable asf
that still mac singing the chorus on Hand Me Downs? it's pleasant
The feature on that song is Baro Sura
i have grown with mac through his music. even just looking at the mess i was in around swimmings release, to where i am today, i see so much growth within myself. and circles resonates with me just as much as his projects and self reflection always have. so thankful.
