Being productive to society shouldnāt be more important then being healthy, the burden on society from the problems of cigarettes are worse then your need to de stress, families shouldnāt strive to pass down a habit that shortens their life and causes preventable disease, yes there are no mythical alternatives to relieving stress other then smoking cigarettes, smoking weed, exercise, meditate, find a hobby, sleep, etc, must not exist.

Obesity is worse for sure, no doubt there.
Iām not trying to shame anyone, of course that people can do what they want. But itād be nice to not rationalize or advocate habits such as smoking. Itās for sure not a great idea, since itās completely preventable.
