to people that say ''Jesus is white so I dont believe in Him'' I have one thing to say....
according to the Bible every man is a descendant of Adam which is a descendant of God so we're all children of God no matter what everyone else says

dont let racism infect the truth of God

    Jesus isn't even white lmao

    John 19:25-29
    New King James Version
    Behold Your Mother
25 (A)Now there stood by the cross of Jesus His mother, and His mother’s sister, Mary the wife of (B)Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus therefore saw His mother, and (C)the disciple whom He loved standing by, He said to His mother, (D)“Woman, behold your son!” 27 Then He said to the disciple, “Behold your mother!” And from that hour that disciple took her (E)to his own home.

He said that specifically to John. Not to any other disciples or to any of us.

yes and in your heart with jesus

when a woman gives birth some cells of the child are left with the mother and some cells are taken by the child,

so jesus lived with mary and mary lived in jesus

and so if you don't love jesus's mother, you don't know christ

Mary is a human being just like the rest of us. Blessed that she was the mother of Jesus but that's it. I honor her like I honor the prophets and disciples but I'm not going to put her on equal footing with Jesus.

nobody said she's equal with christ. she's the mother of god and should be venerated

a sinner cannot be reborn without the prayers of the virgin mary

    stone. cold. fact.

Christ is the author and finisher of salvation. Not Mary, It is Christ who intercedes for his people. Luke 22:31-32.

Need an opinion from a Christian and non-Christian person on this:

I was raised in a Christian church where:

    • There’s 3 prophets (all females) who “God speaks through” they are the unspoken leaders of the church
    • No holidays are celebrated including birthdays and Christmas
    • there has never been a church building, all the meetings are at different people’s homes
    • the main prophet frequently prophesies into each members life and warns them if they do/don’t do certain things within their lives they will face somewhat specific negative/positive consequences in their future
    • the main prophet commands a lot of power within the church but if you asked her she would never admit it, but the people in the church clearly fear her, but their rationale is that it’s not her it’s God they fear
    • the sabbath is on Saturdays and not Sundays
    • you aren’t saved unless confirmed by the main prophet’s confirmation from God
    • if you don’t speak in tounges you aren’t saved
    • salvation is only achieved through prayer
    • the church goes on trips around the world, the prophets expenses are paid by the rest of the church
    • gifts are frequently given to the prophets by members, but the prophets don’t ask for the gifts. when a gift is given to a prophet it is usually met with a positive prophesy for that person
    • at functions that involve food, the prophets always have their own separate table of food away from everyone else, and it’s blasphemy to touch their food
    • the church describes itself as different from all other churches and everyone in the church are peculiar people compared to the rest of the world
    • you can be casted out of the church if you lack faith
    • at times, marriages have been arraigned through prophecy between members in the church.. sometimes these members are people who grew up together since childhood but aren’t blood related, but still odd because they’re practically family members
    • church is unspokenly closed off, sort of invite only but it’s not hard to be invited

Has anyone ever heard of a church like this? What are your thoughts based on this info? Is there anything in the Bible that contradicts this setup?

Imma take this apart layer by layer
    1)1 Timothy 2:12
    2)Colossians 2:16
    3)Nothing wrong with this
    4)Deuteronomy 18:22
    5) We are supposed to fear God alone
    6)ok
    7) That's a false gospel. Romans 10:9 Galatians 1:8
    8)see 7
    9)see 7
    10) It would be fine if he was taking trips to spread the gospel but he obviously follows a false one so this is also wrong.
    11) seems like bribes read Numbers 22
    12)James 2:1-13
    13) God's people are meant to be different from the world, but how is the question.
    14) Faith in who?
    15) weird
    16) Churches should be trying to find as many members to inherit salvation. Mark 16:15

    "she's just a woman"

but she was chosen from all of eternity to be the spouse of the holy spirit

    that's why we venerate her

and if you go to her with problems of the flesh, she helps you become holy, just like joseph, the foster-father of christ

    jesus loves mary and joseph

and he wants you to love them to

we are called to be little christs

    my real mother is mary
    my real father is God
    my spiritual foster-father is joseph

and my Lord is Jesus Christ

Why do you put Mary on a pedestal when if her great grandmother didn't exist then Jesus wouldn't have been born? I don't see you venerating her
