I think this isn't even controversial if someone has actually listened to all of his albums. All the writers did their job. Chris brown had great energy. Fun production. And all of this throughout 40 songs.

Most fans I know agree it’s his best album. There’s like 4-5 filler songs on there that really irk me but the rest is great.
“Breezy” is underrated tho. Not as good as “Indigo” but Sleep at Night, Warm Embrace, Harder and Call Me Everyday are all songs I would rate super high in his catalog. Some of his best songs

He’s probably referring to Under the Influence even though it came out in 2019. “Baddest” was also a pretty big hit on rhythmic radio
