The beef is really soft due to it being in the stew for some time. Would really recommend the Foodwishes recipe on this to make it. Easy to make and its amazing with some rice

Altho I would argue we got nice bread, Käsespätzle are great, Maultaschen, Gulasch / Gulaschsuppe. And the rest of the meat when you make it with sauce
