Doesnt mean everyone knows em tho

I could tell you how a few of those start and probably do know more lyrics than I realize but I for sure have no idea how many of those go

Since when does having influence mean the artists you influence have to sound like carbon copies?

Cole said his early music was just him trying to sound like Eminem, Tyler said MMLP taught him how to rap, Kendrick said MMLP changed his life and helped him learn how to bend words and influenced his rhyming. Straight from the artists mouths, these guys are some of the most relevant in the game and are saying themselves that they were directly influenced by Em

Eminem is very popular so yeah the style (he didn't invent btw and straight up jacked from other mcs) will influence Kids/teens

Cole wrote a 10 minute speech about how nas influenced him Kendrick, Cole spoke on eminem here and there and moved tf on with their own careers

It's not about being a carbon copy, it's about being apart of a legacy if you will, like a musical family tree

Aretha Franklin for example influenced damn near every rnb singer after her and it's obvious in the music without the artist saying it - doesn't meant they're copying her or being a carbon copy of her

As of right now, Eminem carbon copy's are corny asl (hopsin, nf and them youtube rappers)

Lastly people love to remain positive in interviews,

When it comes to Eminem saying anything non positive will garner racist comments from his stans (I've seen them do it to Conway the machine and others) so I don't expect rappers (especially non white rappers) to say how they really feel about Eminem

Idk if ive ever heard Beautiful in my life

  • Aug 10, 2021

Depends on the crowd really, but I honestly think it would be a Jadakiss type thing on Eminem’s part. Em is a masterclass MC at the end of the day imo. He’s more or less perfected the craft.

Em has at least 10 rap records that niggas definitely know word for word and would be tough for almost anyone to follow up. Only person mentioned I could see really making Em work for it is Future.

    That's your limitations though

These all having 350M+ views on youtube should tell you how well known they are

Emenem is old classic rock tier as far as familiarity goes

he should do it with 50 so it's a celebration but only if people like nas and jay participate in one.
