Don’t get why some people are complaining about it not sounding “trilogy” like when it’s easily his best body of work after trilogy (arguably on the same level/ better than kissland. This album really gets better and better after every listen

!! Like people can’t seriously expect him to make the same sound as trilogy... while I do get that generic pop songs aren’t good (personally didn’t care about bbtm and starboy) but man there’s quality music in after hours... even blinding lights grew on me soo much

I get serious trilogy/kissland vibes from Alone Again, Too Late, Escape from LA, Faith, Repeat After Me, Nothing Compares and Until I Bleed Out... if people give this project a serious listen they can def catch them!! You won’t find this sound quality in BBTM or starboy cause they don’t sound cohesive at all
