Kevin Parker, OPN and Abel
oh tame production yeah going with party or groovy production
Sir this is abel u speak of, he was bragging as a a homeless Ethiopian in Toronto
it's apart of his personality, especially as the weeknd
If he balanced it out wit more RnB classics then I would be more receptive
Just feel like there’s a huge drop off in the quality of flex from songs like KOTF, Drunk In Love rmx, Relate To, TYF, etc compared to what we get now.. s*** don’t hit da same
let it go. stay on topic or leave the thread please
Nah fam lol. Ain't letting no Thug disrespect slide. This isn't 2014 anymore when it was cool to hate on him.
It was one from your thread that brought Thug in. That dude just gave his opinion without mentioning Thug

mans a clear legend. Most of these new dudes are either his or futures sons.

chief keef exists
chief keef exists
keef was a lil before thug and futures time. I will say Keef influenced them to a degree if anything tbh.

Someone with a Thug avi just gave his opinion and a lot of Weeknd stans got mad and came at Thug instead of the user and started calling Thug generic 😂

we love thugger and abel on this side, how about we talk about thug in his own thread?
although some trap rnb abel x thug is needed to save the world and maybe this thread lol
You think this is a diss
Not really just can’t take someone that listens to young thug seriously saying that Abel only had a good album in 2011 lol

Laflamegodx tells me everything I need to know
deep breath and hard reset, we discussed all we needed to about young thug in an abel thread
Laflamegodx tells me everything I need to know
I don’t know Slime you tell me
Oh btw remember when this rollout was s*** and way too long and whatever. Now everybody is here hyped as s*** lol.The formula worked
Were you around 2014-15? Nobody sounded like him
Now look at all the rappers that sound like him and are inspired by him. Not to mention the two last biggest hits were directly inspired by him (The Box & Old Town Road)
Idk if you actually listen to Thug. I can pull up song links to prove to you he's very experimental, even more so than Abel
I like young thug and I’m aware he’s had an influence, however you said he changed the f***ing soundscape of rap, which is just completely untrue
And yes I’ve listened to every one of his projects, I’ll say it again for his lane he’s creative. But he doesn’t play around with sounds and different genres anywhere near as much as The Weeknd, ill just leave it as that as this is the after hours album thread not a Weeknd vs thug thread.

Lol I see but still y’all turning this into a warzone when it has nothing to do with thug
As a huge fan of both myself I don’t want to hear thug on this album because I don’t think the outrun/synth pop type of vibe would complement his style and delivery well
A proof for that is Goodbyes by Post Malone, personally I loved that song but everyone else seemed to clown thug on it and call him trash just because his delivery didn’t match the style of song when he started rapping loudly
