movie was great, they made reze is literally bakugoo lol

It’s the perspective: making makima taller taking up more of the background makes her look more imposing than keeping their proportions correct

I tend not to like anime all that much (just not my thing) but this was pretty well done

bakugo wins, but the only true advantage reze has is she is somewhat immortal

Haven't watched MHA since season 4 or 5 so what his endgame level is tbh but Reze should also have better combat skills than him as well

Hey, we're being nerds disecting why the other guy didn't like the anime adaptation of the manga scene. I'm just pointing out that her being drawn the wrong height makes her scarier in the manga is fine explanation. I just don't think it was intentional as you assume it was. There's plenty of wonky drawing moments throughout the series.

Buddy it'd be different if there was extreme distortion in the manga panel. She's just the same heights as the dude in the manga. In the anime she's still in the correct height. The guy is just closer to the camera lol.

I also read the chapter, and the scene is a 1 to 1 exact sequence as well.

The only "stark" difference is her attitude with a slight calmer face in the anime vs the manga being very less detailed and muddy with a less curved mouth. The other is the slight depth of field difference. That's just the panel being vertical vs horizontal

Reze would win and f*** that p**** ahh anime

Eh. Maybe a reread from the start will make it better, but the side characters around Asa are paper thin. Denji being back as the main character is actually a bit boring as well

It’s definitely better if you restart and read a handful of chapters at a time. Wouldn’t recommend binging straight through

But at the same time reading weekly is also ass. Especially when sometimes you’re waiting even longer than usual for chapters due to taking breaks and delays

When it gets adapted it’ll be fire
