even before this, the fact that man, an A-List actor, was getting typecasted as Tchalla years later was a f***ing shame to me. I know it happens in our community alot with other black actors that play legendary roles, but it still made me annoyed

My chest hurts. He was an idol to so many young black children and young adults like myself, a reminder that the color of my skin wasn't a detractor but proof that I can do great things. I know for many others he meant the same.

He was a great man and the world won't be the same without him.
