Honestly, swap Nebraska for Kansas and I’m game for them being in
Nebraska has been an literal eyesore in football after 2012 and contributes nothing in basketball. At least Kansas covers one
It’s literally going to be untenable if we have two Texas schools and one refuses to play another
I’m not even sure how the second tier of SEC schools are supposed to survive in this situation? UT, TAMU, Georgia, Florida, Auburn are gonna to kill each other
tailgates gon be divine but this gonna be brutal for both teams lmao
OU goes to SEC and becomes irrelevant. Why move?
OU is a top 10 football program in revenue lmao. They not becoming irrelevant by going to the SEC

Do they win as much in SEC?

Naw but they’ll feast on the 2nd tier SEC teams. Vandy, mizzou, auburn etc

Good competition all I'm looking for let's f***ing go
Nah this def just blowing smoke now.
Michigan?
I like the idea of opening up some P5 spots for some historically dominant G5 schools. App State, Cincinnati, and Boise State should all be P5 teams, with Coastal Carolina, BYU, UCF, and Houston all set to follow

Only teams you listed that should be p5 are cincy and ucf
Rest is laughable

If the mega conference is real, there are going to be a lot of open spots to fill and it doesn't sound like the SEC is kicking any teams out

ACC is def gonna be relegated to promoting UCF and maybe even USF if FSU and Clemson leave

I really like the idea of App State and Cincy in the ACC

Big 12 gonna be no more from the sound of it
Gonna be a mass exodus
Should just do away with the P5 and G5 terminology at that point
Do they win as much in SEC?
Texas kicked the dog s*** out of Georgia with the latter having about 40 NFL players on it, so I don't see why they can't succeed

Solid point

Honestly didnt know where App State was located until right now, but yeah a Carolina school to "replace" Clemson makes sense. Obv a great G5 school in recent memory
Cincy if you want to expand your footprint a lil bit, I can see that. Idk why you wouldnt take Coastal over one of those two schools as of rn, but they do have more sustained success if you wanted to go that route. S/o to Munchie Legeaux
