Tonight's episode was good. A bit slow, but love the worldbuilding.
I didn't really keep up with the casting for this show so I had no idea Andy Serkis and Forest Whitaker would be showing up. That was dope af.
Yo is this s*** actually legit?
Because I’ve been reading some wild s*** about how Gilroy has basically finessed Disney with this show based on it’s subject matter/themes.
I’ve seen some clips and the dialogue and set design seem next level compared to anything I’ve ever seen out of Star Wars before.
Had no idea Andy Serkis would be in this
Literally paused it the second he showed to say this lol
i havent watched a single second of boba or andor or any other star wars show that isnt mando s1. feels so good.
gonna be able to watch this s*** in like a year free from any and all SM opinions. gonna be goated

Yeah it’s not like any of Filoni shows, pretty slow lots of world building. There is probably 2 eps so far that actually have action in it
They haven’t had many cameos expect for one and it make sense
This might be my favorite episode of the season thus far. I don’t think the empire has ever really been portrayed quite this menacing in any other piece of Star Wars related content that I’ve seen personally. They’ve always been a bit cliched and I suppose “evil” as it is to be understood by a kid but this felt different. They nailed it.
For people who’ve seen the series, should I wait til all the episodes are out or watch the show in weekly chunks?
I think I read somewhere that apparently every few episodes of the series acts as sort of an arc, so that could make for a good break point until another episode drops to complete an arc.

Yeah would suggest watching them in 3 episode chunks
Haven’t seen a show like this before in direction.
Every 3 episodes is the build up to an arc that has been satisfying each time.
And these mini inter-season arcs still build to the main story.
Exceptional direction, I might even say the best any Star Wars has had since TESB
Man I feel like such a dumbass for not thinking this was great after the first few episodes. Fantastic show so far
Cassian's in Rouge one?
Yes. I cant remember a single line of dialogue or action he had other than dying. I remember everyone else tho
His character was forgettable in that movie
Show is completely unnecessary. But so good.
