    Apparently everybody looked at the last 10 years and thought "yeah, we want more of that" I guess.

    Can only speak for myself, but personally I was on team conservative until Trump started up and Pierre wasn't really doing much. Carney stepped in and started to look like a more centered responsible liberal, seemed to actually represent Canada more than Pierre, and was also pretty quick to act and present solutions. That didn't remove my fears about yet another liberal government, but it did more for me to earn my trust and belief in a leader than Pierre did with the slogans and american political tactics not to mention the lack of official policy until very late.

    Honestly if anyone else where leading Conservatives I probably would have a different stance.

    If pierre said we took too many immigrants in post-covid and need to substantially lower the numbers then have fixed 150k cap after 3 yrs, I would’ve voted for him in a heartbeat
