Im still there but Ive lived in other parts of Canada & England for a bit. Honestly it's pretty boring here but I can see how tourists love it. It does have a beauty to it and a lot of history. The people for the most part are some of the most friendly and hospitable people you'll ever meet anywhere.

Visit Halifax pretty regularly. Hali and most of Nova Scotia are underrated gems. Like another user said, pretty tolerable in my experience.
They have a history of Black settlers too humanrights.ca/story/story-africville

why is ur country so racist now
i thought u guys were supposed to be nice
Look up the history of Canada, its nothing new
But there has been an increase in racism and xenophobia, Indian immigrants are the current scapegoat for unaffordable housing + lack of jobs. I'm brown and live in a majority non-white city and I don't experience much racism personally though

it's the same in australia
indian immigrants are getting hated on a lot but a lot of the rhetoric is thinly veiled racism tbh
