Text messages is a different story tho. Even if I delete, other people have them, and I say a lot of s*** on text. For the most part is just trolling but it could be use against me.

As long as you're providing services to EU users you are legally obligated to comply, we had mad websites shut down afraid to catch a lawsuit.
