I didn't say anything about that. I just said the options on the type of people available in their late 30's.
Once I got married I started getting p**** easier than when I was single
wtf
imagine getting married because it "lets people know you're not a homo"
Yeah... because married men are not homo.
Yeah... because married men are not homo.
What if they're married to another man lol

i refuse to believe this
No... but you are based on this response.
It is implied from the quote that he's talking about straight men. My quote was a joke response
Yall make everything a social justice issue Jesus christ annoying ass.
And that smug ass tone - go f*** urself

But that is not what I was doing with my post...
I was being sarcastic, adding to your joke.
You are just DUMB and it is very ironic that you posted it, calling me dumb above.
Dumbass.

I will say I do look at a dude that’s 35+ differently if he is not married. Makes them seem flawed
The only people who think that are bots
If a 35 year old woman is thriving on her own she’s strong and independent
If a 35 year old man is living his best life, put a shirt on
Good luck with your options at 35 😭😭
You can interpret this two ways though, any woman who's made it to 35 and is still a good option is probably a serious catch. These girls on dating apps trip me out, I'll get a like and it's a 25 year old with 3 f***ing kids. Like girl I'm sure you're a cool person but why in the F*** would I want to step into that?
bruh what kind of dumb ass reasoning is that to get married
In what way would I care about someone’s perception of my sexuality enough to start a whole life with someone if I’m not sure
ppl getting bullied into marriage, that’s some b**** made s*** lol
The point of the quote in the context of the movie is talking about rising up the ranks in a work setting which is what I'm concerned about. Less about being gay. I don't want to get passed up on promotions and raises and s*** if I don't plan on getting married which is why I said I hope this quote aint true
it's funny the character Matt Damon plays in the movie is actually likely in the closet

Exactly, like when someone's single and they say how much they enjoy it a married dude always has to chime in and say "oh my girl is cool I can x and y just like when I was single." But the real deal is I have no one to let down. You can't have that if you're married. You're gonna work that extra overtime because you have a family. Even if your wife works you have to make sure she's taken care of.
Instead of working an over time shift today I'm going to go to the park, play disc golf, watch anime at home and then go bbq with my friends (all single). I'm broke, all of us are but we're carefree with some peace of mind. I can't imagine having it any other way right now.
